Begin with what is yours to notice.

DunbarrioSolo begins with private reflection, emotional context, mascots, and Embraces: small ways to name what is present before deciding what, if anything, should be shared.

AI interaction is a privacy choice, not a requirement. Personal context should remain private unless the person deliberately brings it into a relationship or circle.

AI PROCESSING CHOICE

Choose where mascot replies are processed.

On supported devices, mascot replies can use on-device processing after a one-time model download. That choice keeps the AI prompt on the device; accounts, circles, Ledger records, encrypted entries, and syncing still use network services. Online processing remains available.

DunbarrioSolo organizes attention around people and bounded circles, not an audience. It helps make recurring contact, commitments, and context easier to notice without flattening relationships into activity counts.

BUILD SMALL CIRCLES

Add structure without making every relationship the same.

Circles are intentionally bounded. A household, care circle, project team, or close group can develop its own expectations without being absorbed into one large social graph.

Mutuality matters: people should be able to understand what the circle asks of them and what they can ask of it. Progressive disclosure keeps deeper coordination and governance out of the way until the group actually needs them.

The circle becomes more structured as its practice becomes more shared.

SHARE RECURRING RESPONSIBILITY

Know what needs your attention now.

HOME keeps personal relevance at the center. After a circle graduates, tasks, routines, and current circle responsibilities can appear together without asking one person to monitor the entire group.

In those graduated circles, a focused sprint and lightweight completion make recurring work visible enough to coordinate while leaving room for judgment, context, and ordinary life.

Shared surfaces appear after mutual connections are established and circle graduation completes, so information flows to the people who actually need it, while keeping the rest private.

The personal Ledger keeps Embraces and smaller recorded acts of connection. Circle routine completion, version history, and governance decisions are retained on separate circle surfaces.

In graduated circles, routines can be revised manually and kept as versions. A complete workflow that turns practice into reviewable procedure revisions remains a longer-term goal.

RESOLVE FRICTION

Make room for repair without turning conflict into content.

Repair Mode is a mutual, two-account flow for people whose connection has been accepted. It supports contextual reflection without adding a public social-performance layer.

There is no feed to reward escalation, no audience to perform for, and no requirement to expose private context to the whole circle.
